JoAnn T. Hooper is the Founder of Troubling the Waters Community Outreach Inc. Ms. Hooper has the duties of Guiding the organization in making sure the interests of the people are served in terms of the program that are offered. She is also Founder of JoAnn Tillman Ministries, and Bishop of Ridge Hill Worship and Deliverance Center. Her vision for this organization is to unite the Bradleyville, and North Augusta in love.

Fannie Tillman is the President of Troubling the Waters Commmunity Outreach Inc. Ms. Tillman has the duties of Ensuring that long-term plans are made, executed and reached. She is also an active memeber of Ridge Hill Worship and Deliverance Center. Ms. Tillman is Adjuctant, and personal secretary to Bishop JoAnn T. Hooper.

Dwayne R. Brown is Tresurer of Troubling the Waters Community Outreach Inc. Mr. Brown has the duties of keeping accurate record of monetary deposits. He is also the President of JoAnn Tillman Ministries Inc., and Pastor, and Treasurer of Ridge Hill Worship and Deliverance Center.

LaChronnia Jackson is the Secretary of Troubling the Wates Community Outreach Inc. Ms. Jackson has the duties of keeping meetings, the reports, announcing new meetings, and executing new events. She is also an active member of Ridge Hill Worship and Deliverance Center.
